Representative – Mr. Kato
Mr. Kato has been active in the fields of education and human resource development since his university days, and has extensive experience supporting foreign residents in Japan. He has guided more than 5,000 graduates to date. Beyond education, he leverages a broad network and practical expertise spanning construction, real estate, sports, and entertainment to oversee the management of Seikohsya. In recent years, many of his students have advanced to Keio University, and he is eager to increase the number of students entering Waseda University as well.
Co-Founder & Business Director — Serena He
Serena began her career as an IT consultant, gaining a deep understanding of Japan’s IT industry structure and emerging technology trends. She later joined a Prime-listed recruitment group as an IT headhunter, supporting numerous mid-career hiring projects. Building on this experience and her insight into the needs of foreign professionals in Japan, she founded “Tokyo Asabana,” a brand dedicated to education and career support for the international community in Japan.
She also serves as the co-founder of Seikohsya, where she is involved in the planning, launch, and management of its education and employment support programs.
Her work includes graduate school admissions guidance in Japan, career strategy planning, advice on visa-related matters and lifestyle foundations—providing practical, actionable support to help foreign residents build a stable and sustainable career path.
Serena also consults with companies on the utilization of global talent, aiming to create optimal matching and long-term growth for both individuals and organizations.
Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, she leverages her extensive network and multicultural background to offer personalized, long-term support to clients.
